The year 2006 will be remembered by joint venture between our company and KIG d.d., a metalworking company with 50 years old tradition. KIG produces various products made of steel and stainless steel. This synergy has made Vendmarket's production line faster, better and easily adjustable to produce machines custom made according to our customers' requirements.
Vendmarket has also gained efficient, young personnel with expert technical knowledge and quality background experience in vending.
Changes in company structure and our team have offered a fresh start and results are already here. A new, advanced and even more completed line of Vendmarket machines was presented to the market this spring. An improved anti-vandalism delivery bin and advantageous disposition of elements on vending machine controller (the control board) has put a fresh, more modern look to the whole outfit. End users have found the machine easier to use, practical and appealing to a person's eye.
In March we have visited the 5th session of VENDITALIA, International Automatic Vending Exhibition, at Fiera Milano City, where exhibitors presented a full spectrum of the automatic vending industry - vending machines' manufacturers (both food and non-food), operating systems, payment systems and services. Venditalia represents a business forum for all the trade and we have really taken advantage of that by meeting our new potential customers. As always, we are optimistic and therefore hope that soon you will be able to catch sight of our prosperous products also in some hotter countries on our continent.
Hot and of wild temper is also Spain where we have this year started advertising our products
in Hostel vending magazine. First inquiries have already given us some feedback and we believe demand will only increase throughout this year, consequently bringing novelties to Spanish market. We are really looking forward to new business relationships.
